1.Main Parameter : slitter rewinder for tape
2.Application: slitter rewinder for tape
Slitter rewinder tape is suitable for slitting rewinding soft material like tape,paper ,film, non-woven, bopp, film, label paper, etc.
3.Features : slitter rewinder for tape
1/. The motor unit adopts three-motor connective control, and the rewind system can make tension and differential shaft line speed control.
2/. The unwind unit is shaft separated type with auto tension control and EPC system.
3/. The rewind shaft tension adopts individual differential control, and automatically adjusts difference of each roll when the material thickness is not average.
4/. Finished product is taken out with connect type frame to help unloading to save time and improve efficiency.
5/. with shear blade driving device.
3.Optional Parts: slitter rewinder for tape
1/. Shaftless unwind base: uplifting type with chucks to save loading time and improve efficiency
2/. Connect type paper receiving platform: for more smooth edge and reducing material waste.
3/. Slitting blade can use air blades.
